62" Dusenbery 835

One 62” Dusenbery Model 835 slitter rewinder  refurbished to our Level 3 specification. This was in a cleanroom. It is powered by a three motor drive with  Mitsubishi Melsac FX-48HMR PLC with key pad HMI.  The maximum rewind diameter is 30”.  The three drives for lock core winding controlling tension on each lock core.  Also can run slipping differential (core spacer) winding using rewind tension controls program on 2.5 inch diameter rewind mandrels. Three inch cores are easily adapted. Reversing rewind drive for winding over or under. Web tail clamps at the rewind to keep the slit tail in place while unloading and reloading the machine. Four (4) pair of pneumatic top riding rolls assemblies for optimal roll formation. Includes Simco ion static bar. Also an Integral dual unwind stand for laminating a protective sheet over the main unwound roll. This can be removed and the machine operates as a single unwind slitter. Auto edge guide . Montalvo pneumatically operated brake assembly. Includes a splice table with pneumatic clamps.   Unwind core sizes, 3” or 6”.  Cantilevered female knife shaft for simple female knife changeovers, and 12 dovetail mounted Tidland Class 11 male knife holders. The web can operate in wrap shear or tangent shear modes. Electricity 480/3/60, service required 80 AMPS, air/Consumption (Average) 90 PSI/4CFM, Machine weight 6 Tons.
