One 62” wide Dusenbery Model 835 with lift out rewind shafts. Cleanroom machine. Three motor drive with  Mitsubishi Melsac FX-48HMR PLC with key pad HMI.  The maximum rewind diameter is 30”.  Three drives for lock core winding. Also slipping differential (core spacer) winding using rewind tension controls program. Reversing rewind drive for winding over or under. Web tail clamps at the rewind to keep the slit tail in place while unloading and reloading the machine. Four (4) pair of pneumatic top riding rolls assemblies.  Simco ion static bar. Integral dual unwind stand for laminating a protective sheet over the main unwound roll. Auto edge guide on the main unwind stand. (Can be used with or without the second unwind stand). Montalvo pneumatically operated brake assembly.
