 62" wide Dusenbery Model 635 JD.  Being ebuilt by Benick Machineworks to our Level Four Spec.  A level 4 rebuild has a 1 year warranty on both electrical and mechanical parts.  Maximum rewind diameter of 24” without top riding rolls, with top riding rolls is 21”. Duplex three inch (3") rewind shafts with core spacer differential rewind tension control. Individual tension control. . Cork covered pull rolls. Shear or razor in air slitting.. Equipped with Fife P-25  automatic pneumatic edge guide control and a Montalvo pneumatic brake. Unwind stand is integral to the machine and has a maximum unwind diameter of 40”. The new single motor drive system is comprised of a new 7.5 HP AC motor and new AC drive with a new drive control cabinet and an operator station. The drive can be designed for manuel style operater tension and brake control or automated rewind and tension profiles.
