62" wide Dusenbery Model 635 JD, level 4 rebuild. Maximum rewind diameter of 24” without top riding rolls, with top riding rolls is 21”. Duplex rewind with core spacer differential rewind tension control. 3" aluminum rewind mandrels. The maximum speed is 1000FPM. Cork covered pull rolls. Slitting can be either razor or shear cut. Equipped with a 50” diameter pick up from the floor shaftless unwind with automatic edge guide control for edge guiding and a standard pneumatic air-cooled brake. The Two Motor Drive system is comprised of two new ac motor and two new AC drives and a new drive control cabinet and an operator station. The operator station will contain an Touch screen operator interface terminal (HMI), and traditional pushbutton and potentiometer operator controls. The AC motors are US Motors vector duty ac motor. The main drive is 7.5 HP and the rewind is 10HP. The system is quoted for 480VAC 3 phase input. The photos show a previous machine we rebuilt.
