45" Dusenbery 635

45" wide Dusenbery 635 L-1 will be refurbished by Benick Machineworks. This is our Level 4 rebuild with a 1-year warranty on both electrical and mechanical parts. With a Level 4 we will add a new AC drive and HMI control. Then we  remove and replace any  parts that are overly worn or defective. Maximum rewind diameter of 24” without top riding rolls, with top riding rolls is 21”. Duplex rewind with core spacer differential rewind tension control. Four zone individual tension control. One pair of 3” rewind shafts. Cork covered pull rolls. Razor in air slitting; shear slitting can be added if required. Equipped with Fife P-50 automatic edge guide control for edge guiding and a Montalvo Pneumatic brake. Unwind stand is integral to the machine and has a maximum unwind diameter of 40”.
