One 80 inch Dusenbery Model 815 X R Duplex Slitter Rewinder. This is a single motor 815 which can run either in lock core mode through clutches with pneumatic RW mandrels or lock core using spacers. The Drive is a 20 HP Eurotherm 550 AC Vector operating with a Direct Logic 06 PLC. The AC motor is a Black Max Vector Duty. Rewind Diameter is 24 inch with top idlers and 28 inches without. The slitting is eith wrap or tangent shear and it could do razor as well.These are reliable heavy duty machines designed to convert the widest possible variety of flexible substrates.
