One 62 inch Dusenbery Model 10000 L-1 Slitter Rewinder. SN 5887. These persimmon/red machines were the last and latest version of these iconic machines. They are known for versatility, small footprint, and ease of use. This machine begins with an integral unwind capable of 40 inch diameter rolls and a Fife pneumatic edge guide. There is bowed roll before the first pull roller. Slitting can be done in either wrap shear or tangent conficuation. It can also run in eith razor or rotory shear methods. We can do a modification for score slitting. Included are two 3 inch diameter aluminum core spacer rewind mandrels operating in either two or four zone tension zones. The rewinds are controlled by clutches allowing the amchine to use pneumatic rewind shafts if applicable. The drive consists of a Dura Pulse AC control and a 7.5 HP Black Max AC motor. Normally run speeds range to 500 FPM. The machine can be purchased "as is, where is" in our facility for US$50,000.00.
