One 52 inch wide custom built Duplex or two rewind shaft Slitter Rewinder. This is a very well made machine which we believe would need a few modification but coult work well with the right process. The unwind has a 1.75 inch steel shaft with an adapter for three inch ID cores. Includes brake. Web moves over a splice tabled into a driven score slitting section. Following a driven nip pulls the web and presents it to the two pneumatic rewind shafts. These shafts are cantilevered using safetly chucks. However once opened thdey ahve to be held up when the material is removed. The drive includes two One HP DC motors and AC tech drive controls. There is also a Micro Smart PLC. The electronics are well done. We assume from gear rations that this machine will operate around 100 FPM and gear changes could change speed. We offer this interesting machine in "as is where is" condition.
