62 inch Dusenbery Model 10,000 Duplex Slitter Rewinder

This machine uses three inch rewind mandrels for core/spacer winding. The maximum rewind diameter is 30 inches. The unwind is 40 inches. The unwind tension is automatically controlled using a Dusenbery model 61 unit. The unwind is a Dusenbery 824. Also equipped with a walkover station and an inspection splice table. Slitting is currently dovetale mounted shear knives. Maximum speed is 1000 fpm. Excellent all around duplex slitter for many substrates such as film, paper or nonwovens.
