62 inch Dusenbery model 635 slitter rewinder.

One 62 inch Dusenbery Model 635 Slitter Rewinder. Equipped with two aluminum slipping differential rewind mandrels for core/spacer rewinding. These machines can comfortably slit to 1/2 inch up to 62 inches. The Unwind in integral to the machine and will handle a 32 inch diameter roll into the machine. These can be  modified for larger roll diameters. The unwind uses a three inch pneumatic shaft with an air brake. Unwind is guided with a Fife edge guide. Reliance 7.5 HP DC drive and DC motor. Maximum speed is 500 FPM. Benick sells all the parts, knives and spacers for these machines. The quoted price is buying the machine from our floor "as is where is." Our fee to bring it under power repair or replace any parts considered overly worn or defective, clean it and show video of it running adds US$15,000.00. This includes a warranty. We purchased a sister machine as well so there are two available.
