Level 3 Rebuild
With this Level 3 Rebuild the air differential rewind shafts needed a complete rebuild. We also added KISS shear slitting. After starting up the machine we found many electrical devices that had to be changed. The PLC had lost its program and needed to be reloaded. After all the changes were completed the machine was test run with the customers material.
