Dusenbery 10000 Rebuild and Modification
Pictured below is a modified and rebuilt Dusenbery 10000. This Level 4
rebuild incorporated a new control system that uses an Allen Bradley
PLC, as well as an updated drive system to achieve the impressive
performance seen below. A Jagenberg shaftless floor pick-up unwind assembly was
incorporated to make operation more safe and efficient. Thirty inch plus
rewind diameter rolls with heavy gauge film was no easy task!
