Pictured below is a rebuilt and modified Dusenbery 10000. To accommodate customer needs, expansion of the side frames was necessary to allow rewind diameters of 36 inches. The rewind shafts were designed with Benick High Torque core adapters. These custom adapters helped provide the torque necessary to center wind large cuts of 35 mil polyester to this diameter. This level 4 rebuild included new drive controls and PLC.
 
The customer needed this machine in a hurry, so Benick expedited the order and was able to complete the job in the 9 week timeframe requested, earning well deserved kudos to the shop personnel.
