Dusenbery 635 Cantilevered Modification and Rebuild
Pictured below is a rebuilt Dusenbery 635 that was modified to fit our
customer's manufacturing needs. They wanted to separate a
substrate from it's backing, rewind and save the backing material for
reuse, and slit, inspect, and rewind the material at extremely low
tension (-.250 PLI). This Level 4 rebuild
incorporates a 3 zone tension control drive system using our custom
dancer design. Finally, we cantilevered the existing 635 using our
Benick Brand spacerless cantilever rewind technology. |
